Maintain customer and product records in MS Excel.
Prepare invoices, quotations and purchase orders.
Handle email communication and data entry.
Update inventory and sales records.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Internet and computer operations is required.
